In the case of all bookings, you will be issued with a pro forma invoice. The pro forma invoice value includes our charges and the reimbursable costs incurred on your behalf. Your booking will be confirmed by the issue of a Travel Voucher. Payment of deposit confirms that you have read and accept our booking conditions.
